The quality of inter-organizational relations through the prism of the couple health / quality of life at work and overall performance: practices and expectations.

The development of Corporate Social Responsibility issues has shifted the way organizations view their performance. The social aspect of this performance can notably be assessed through the well-being of employees and the quality of life at work (QTV), which measures employees’ perceptions of their professional life. A deterioration of QWL indicators has been observed since the 2000s, and even more so for subcontractors, particularly with regard to capacity and specialty, exposed to more pressure from outsourcers.

The objective of this research project is to analyze the impact of inter-organizational relations on the subcontractor’s performance in terms of QWL. This analysis will focus on taking into account the ex-ante determinants of QWL (working conditions, managerial innovations, etc.) as well as the inter-organizational factors of performance (investment in dedicated assets, knowledge exchange, complementarity resources, nature and intensity of governance mechanisms).
