CLEE Research Chair

Environmental Economics Chair

The CLEE Chair’s mission is to develop models, tools, methods and training to assist the environmental transition of businesses and support a new sustainable and respectful economy in a variety of sectors.

The Université Savoie Mont Blanc Foundation is jointly holding this Chair with Grand Annecy to design and test a model to reconcile economic development and environmental preservation.

Member of the board of the French association of environmental and natural resource economists, scientific advisor to France Stratégie, co-editor of “Resource and Energy Economics” and editor of “City and Environment Interactions”, Aude POMMERET  is the scientific manager of the chair. Professor of economics at the Université Savoie Mont Blanc, her research focuses on how to take into account uncertainty in economic problems, whether it be the intermittent generation of renewable energy or the effect of greenhouse gas emissions on the economy.
