This award is given to the Best Case in Human Resources Management (HRM) for the theme “Societal Issues and HRM”. It aims to encourage “the production and sharing of original materials that address a current organizational issue and actively engage students”.

Sabrina PÉRUGIEN (USMB, IREGE) and Marina BOURGAIN (ESC Clermont Business School) have been rewarded at the 33rd AGRH congress for their case study entitled “Catwalk: Crisis Management in the face of Violence at Work”.

The Catwalk case study was tested with various student groups (from 3 to 5 years of higher education), in university management schools and in a major business school. It is the result of research work presented at the AGRH Congress in 2021 on courage in the face of injustice in employment. It will soon be available on the CCMP website and can be used in HRM, organizational theory, negotiation and also in professional relations and personal development courses (soft skills).

Sabrina PÉRUGIEN is a lecturer in Management Sciences at the USMB and a researcher at the IREGE. Her research topics are mainly diversity, non-discrimination and inclusion in professional and educational environments.
